How does Log06 capture trip locations?
Log06 captures the GPS location once when a trip starts and once when it ends — there is no continuous or live tracking in between. Each captured location is stored as an address, not raw coordinates.
Can I use Log06 for more than one branch?
Yes. An organization can have a single dealership or multiple branches. Owners see activity across every branch; branch managers see only their own branch.
How do I add a vehicle to the logbook?
Scan the vehicle's VIN barcode or QR code from the mobile app, or enter the VIN manually. Vehicles are shared across the organization once added.
What happens when a dealer plate is about to expire?
The web dashboard flags any plate expiring within 30 days, so you can renew it before it becomes a compliance issue.
Can I export logbook data for an audit?
